These Cat6 Plenum Patch Cables, 12' White, are rated for use in plenum spaces unlike a standard Cat6 cable. This line of 23AWG Cat6 plenum cable products is made by our staff in Indiana using the same high quality 1000ft Cat6 ethernet cable available for sale in the bulk section of our online store.
It is worth noting that these Plenum Cat6 cables are unshielded, meaning they may be more affected by electromagnetic interferences (EMI) than shielded network cables. We chose to make them unshielded because shielded cabling is generally unneeded in a plenum space, but if you decide that you need shielded Cat6 Plenum cables, then you can find a variety of colors also in our bulk section. Regardless of the type, if you require cords with a Plenum jacket in your gigabit Ethernet networks, consider letting us build your Plenum rated cables precisely to your desired lengths!
