We retain an extensive stockpile of network patch strands in addition to these orange 6a strands. These bright orange cat6a patch cables are network strands that can get to 10 gigabit ethernet cable speeds. Unlike the regular cat 6a patch strand, our CAT 6A strands put on display here are contrived with 28-gauge UTP pure copper wire which makes them lighter than the regular cat 6a strands, more flexible, and smoother to work with. These orange cat6a patch strands are both ROHS compliant and UL approved.

So I purchased some cheap cables from amazon and got what we paid for, they were no faster than regular cat6 and in fact had a few that were bad right away with packet loss and errors. We then decided to try a few from different sources, cables for less being one of a few we tested, we were very happy with these and came back to purchase more. I've personally installed dozens now and am very pleased overall. As thin as these are they still perform as advertised with speeds well above most.
