Custom built Lutze® Cable with two DB9 45 degree female connectors

We built this particular custom cable for one of our great customers using A104307-1 LUTZE® flexible Cat5e industrial Ethernet cable then adding the connectors. A 45 degree DB9 Female on each end pinned out per our customers specifications.

LUTZE® flexible Profinet Type B is a 22 gauge shielded, 1 star quad, 7-stranded, tinned copper, special polyolefin cable with a green PVC jacket that meets the specifications for ProfiNet applications.

 

What makes Lutze® cable different?

  • LUTZE SUPERFLEX® Ethernet R (C) PUR: A continuous-flex cable with a PUR (polyurethane) jacket.
  • LUTZE SUPERFLEX® Ethernet BUS (C) PUR: A continuous-flexing cable for ProfiNet applications. 
  • LUTZE ELECTRONIC ETHERNET (C) PVC: A standard flexible shielded Cat5e cable with a PVC jacket.
  • LUTZE ETHERNET BUS (C) PVC: This is a variant of the standard flexible cable.

104307 or 104301: Industrial Ethernet cable with a PVC jacket, 2 twisted pairs of 22 AWG conductors, and shielding. 

104349: A 4-pair industrial Ethernet cable with a PVC jacket which consists of 22 AWG conductors and is rated for CMX Outdoor use. 

1040019: A flexing industrial Ethernet cable featuring a Teal TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) jacket for enhanced flexibility. It has 2 shielded pairs of 24 AWG conductors.

1040020: A flexing industrial Ethernet cable with a Teal TPE jacket and 4 shielded pairs of 24 AWG conductors.

104303: A continuous-flexing cable with a polyurethane jacket, which offers excellent resistance to oils, chemicals, and abrasion. 

 

This particular cable / SKU is a very specific build for one of our great customers and simply serves as an example of what we are capable of.
