At this time we only ship to the United States and Military APO's/FPO's.

The item I'm looking for, I cannot find on your site. Do you have it?

Chances are that if you've looked in all the logical categories, and cannot find what you're looking for, we do not carry it at this point.

What is the cut-off time to get my order processed the same day?

The deadline for same-day shipping of all shipping methods is 3:30 PM (ET).

Are you able to make custom cables?

We are indeed! If you need a custom cable made, please have all of the technical drawings and other details faxed: (317) 539-5625 or emailed: sales (at) cablesforless.com, and we will contact you shortly.

When will my order ship?

We use many advanced methods to process your order. Over 80% of all orders ship the same day if received by the shipping deadline. Orders placed on the weekend do not ship until Monday. Click here to understand our Backorder Terms. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your order ships. This will include your tracking number (when applicable).

When is my credit card charged?

As soon as you click on the "Place Order" button during the checkout process. Your card is charged at this time for many reasons - a few of the most important are to reduce fraud, and to help streamline the order process. This is all to help keep our costs down and pass that savings on to you.

I sent you an email, and did not receive a reply.

Please include your name, order number, daytime phone number and email address along with your question. We receive many emails each day that do not include names, order numbers, or any other information needed to process your request. We also do not reply to tracking number requests, as you get the tracking numbers when the order ships.

Will choosing Next Day Air get my order here tomorrow?

If you select Next Day Air shipping, the items are all in stock, and you meet our shipping deadlines, your order will ship out the same day and arrive on the following business day.

When I placed my order, your website showed it was in stock; when I received my order, it was on backorder.

Please note that listed availability might not be applicable for multiple copies of an item, and that sudden demand for an item can have an effect on its availability. We will inform you by e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable. If you have not received your order 5-7 days after you placed your order, or if you have not yet placed an order and would like to inquire about the availability of multiple quantities of a particular item, send an e-mail message to sales (at) cablesforless.com or call us at (800) 273-9556 and we will be happy to assist you.

I received an item, and I don't need it. How do I send an item back?
